When cancelling or changing reservations, you must notify us 72 hours
in advance of your arrival date to receive a full refund. Reservations
for holiday periods, special events and/or groups require 30 days notification.
If reservations must be cancelled after these specific times, a refund
will be made only for the nights the room is re-rented. Management agrees
to make every effort to re-rent the rooms involved. Private homes require
14 days notice to cancel; 30 days for holiday periods. The maximum number of persons allowed per room MAY NOT BE EXCEEDED at anytime. Should this limit be exceeded the party WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PREMISES WITHOUT A REFUND. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED. NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS ACCEPTED. |
